Pricing is good for the city, but the design and support makes this place great. Docks are standard height, with plenty of room on Sycamore to make your turns. Lots of carts to help you move. A standard lock will fit the unit doors. Each unit has a light on a timer so you can see. 2nd floor options made easy with spacious freight elevator.

Recommended by my mover. Clean facility and units, good access for loading/unloading. While this location’s office is closed on Saturdays, the manager very kindly met me so that I could open an account without having to take time off of work. Pricing was just as good as other storage facilities, without all of the fake extras. (i.e., you don’t have to buy their lock or their insurance)

Exceptional, friendly customer service – Always clean & well-secured – Very reasonable prices – 5am-11pm access You couldn’t ask for a better place to store your stuff whether it’s for personal or business use! For Bostonians, I even think it’s worth the drive to either Medford or Charlestown. I have a unit in Medford, but I actually toured the Charlestown location first when I was searching for a storage place about a year ago.

We have to say this Storage Facility in Boston, Ma, Medford, MA is one of the cleanest storage facilities we have ever used. The staff and owner are always on-site and always very helpful. They offer very clean secure storage facilities. We have rented from other storage units that did not even come close to this place. All we can say is we are completely impressed. Also want to mention the security is top of the line and access to the facility is very well controlled and monitored. You can not beat the level of locally owned and operated Storage Facilities. You can not go wrong with the Storage Bunker! Cheers to them!
